Wedding/Reception 

Saturday & Holiday & Specialty Dates   $ 1,995.00      Up to 12 hrs

    Friday & Sundays             $ 1,795.00          Up to 12 hrs 

    Monday - Thursday           $  1,495.00        Up to 12 hrs

     After Midnight                   $200.00         per hour 

Deposit to hold your date - $500.00 (included in above rates)

Cleaning/Damage Deposit - $300.00 (not included in above rates)

Alcohol is allowed with a TABC licensed person on site at your expense

Corporate/Private Events

Monday - Thursday       $ 75.00 per hr  from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  (minimum 2 hrs)

Monday - Thursday    $ 150.00 per hr from 5 p.m. = midnight

Cleaning/Damage Deposit - $300.00 (not included in hourly rate)

Rates subject to change without notice.  Quotes are good for 30 days.
